Status: Stage 3 (Building Regulations).

This project looks to convert an existing outbuilding into an ancillary unit to the farmhouse close by. Designed as a flexible space, the once stables seeks to serve as a living/office space, plus occasional place to sleep.

Sliding partitions enable the outbuilding to become fully open-plan for the use as a dance studio, where built-in storage provides the opportunity to hide furniture when required. Alternatively, the partitions can slide and close off each third of the stables, creating more private spaces when needed.
