Concept for a holiday let in south Manchester. The project aims to deliver a charming and compact space for the use of guests throughout the year.

Positioned at the end of the garden with separate street access, the unit benefits from natural daylight through various rooflights. Lit from above in this way, the design respects neighbourly boundaries and maintains the privacy of its users.

An elevated mezzanine sleeping deck creates a fun and efficient solution, reducing the overall footprint of the building whilst providing a dynamic double height space above the living and kitchen areas.
